GO! PASTA

Would you like to taste Idrija Žlikrofi, Kobarid štruklji, or Friuli cjarsòns? The new GO! Pasta food trailer, traveling across various events, brings flavors from Idrija and Friuli, connecting the cross-border region while presenting tradition to the public in a modern way. In doing so, it contributes to preserving this precious cultural heritage.

The trailer is part of the cross-border project GO! Pasta, which highlights the rich tradition of stuffed pasta in Upper Friuli and the Gorizia region – from cjarsòns to Idrija Žlikrofi.
